Deep River Restoration did a great job for me. I never thought it would get fixed when we showed up and saw the water damage that had occurred. It was a very stressful time and we interacted directly with Toby at Deep River daily to make sure everything was taken care of. They could not have done a better job and my family and I appreciate it very much!

We had water to back up from our AC into out Laundry room. We had damage to the floors and walls. I called Toby, went to the house, told me exactly what needed to be done and approx. how much it would cost. I gave him the go ahead to fix it, they were there the next day with drying equipment. I was updated everyday with the process and what was going to happen next. Toby and his guys took care of everything for us. Toby knew we would be out of town the next week and he told me it would be done when we got back. The room was done and it looks GREAT. I will recommend Toby and his guys to everyone.

A job well done. Professional, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Our office is pretty again without the stained walls and warped bead board and hole in our ceiling, it looks good as new and looks like it never happened.

Having been involved in the construction industry for better than 50 years, I always try to be early (on time) for an appointment. Deep River was always there before me. They were very professional at all times, listened, understood, and helpful. When they arrived to do the work, they were fully prepared and completed the work promptly, with excellent workmanship and pride. I had a flood from the washer that destroyed flooring in nearly every room in my house. Toby was recommended to me by my son-in-law who works with contractors all over Central Virginia. He said this is the company he would use if it were his home. Toby was there within 2 hours. 1 1/2 hour drive for him. Fans were it that day. He kept me informed continuously. Every person on this job, the crew, the painter, and the plumber were polite, skilled, and professional. Toby showed up every time a new worker came to make sure they understood the scope of the work. That was a 3 hour round trip for him. I really can’t say enough great things about Deep River Restoration. If you want quality, hire them.

Deep River Restoration is definitely who you want to call if you have water damage. I made a call late one evening and Toby personally answered the phone while at his daughter’s volleyball game. I knew then that his company was dedicated and would do a great job for us, and a great job they did! Deep River showed up the following morning ready to WORK. They didn’t waste any time and they kept in contact with me from beginning to end. They made daily visits to the site to make sure the property was drying properly and ready for the next stage. My company used Deep River Restoration when a contractor broke a sprinkler pipe on the 3rd floor of one of our 30-unit rental buildings. They were there 30 minutes after calling them and went right to work. Four of the rental units had water damage and Deep River Restoration took care of the project from start to finish. Awesome experience from start to finish. The morning I called about our water damage, Toby had someone at the house ASAP to start the clean-up.
